1. Who you are buying from
Vignette Czechia is operated by Netgo sp. z o.o. (Katowice, Poland). We are an independent intermediary, not a reseller — we are not affiliated with the Czech government. The digital vignette itself is issued directly by the Czech State Fund for Transport Infrastructure (Státní fond dopravní infrastruktury, SFDI) through its official system, edalnice.gov.cz. Based on the power of attorney you grant us at checkout, we submit your registration to SFDI on your behalf, verify your data beforehand, and forward SFDI's confirmation to you by e-mail.
2. What product you are buying
The Czech e-vignette is a time-related motorway toll for motor vehicles with at least four wheels and a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 tonnes — cars, vans and motorhomes alike. It is required on the tolled sections of Czech motorways. Motorcycles and trailers need no vignette. Fully electric and hydrogen vehicles are exempt, so we sell no vignette for them (if such a vehicle is registered outside the Czech Republic, the exemption applies only after SFDI has been notified). When ordering, you choose:
- the rate category, according to how the vehicle is powered: standard (petrol, diesel, LPG), natural gas (CNG/LNG), biomethane, or plug-in hybrid (CO2 emissions of up to 50 g/km). You are responsible for choosing the category that matches your vehicle documents — a wrong category is at your own risk;
- the validity period: 1 day, 10 days, 30 days or 1 year.
Validity is counted from the start date and is not tied to the calendar year: the vignette is valid from 00:00 on the start date you select until 23:59 on the last day, and the start day is day one — a 1-day vignette covers the chosen calendar day only, a 10-day vignette the start day and the following 9 days, a 30-day vignette the start day and the following 29 days, and a 1-year vignette runs until the day before the same date in the following year. A vignette that starts on the day of the order becomes valid only once it has been registered — never retroactively. Standard processing takes up to 12 hours, Express processing from 1 minute to 2 hours. To register the vignette we need the licence plate number and the country of registration of the vehicle; no vehicle identification number (VIN) is required.

No amounts are quoted on this page, because the Government Fee depends on the rate category and validity period and may change. The amounts that apply to your order — the Government Fee, our Processing Fee and, if selected, the Express fee — are each shown separately in the price list on this site and in the order summary before payment.
4. When you can get a refund — and when you can't

5. Immediate performance — what you are agreeing to
Most customers want their vignette registered as soon as possible. By ticking the consent checkboxes and completing payment, you are explicitly asking us to begin registering your vignette with SFDI immediately, before the standard 14-day withdrawal period would otherwise expire — and you acknowledge that, once that registration is complete, you lose the right to withdraw from it. This is a standard, legally required trade-off for any digital service delivered instantly, and it is why the Czech e-vignette has no general cooling-off period once it is active.
